Semester reflections

As we near the end of the semester I would like to generate some conversation about what we experienced. Take a moment to post a comment and tell us what you got out of this class, if anything. List favorite experiences.....
What kinds of things did you learn from the class and the interaction with others?
Also, come back to the blog periodically and read what the others in this learning community posted. Try to respond to a few of them....generate discussion....ask questions....make comments.
Thank you for all of your contributions to the class. Each of you definitely had an impact on the experience.

I liked the class because we learned stuff that we actually use today. Most classes we learn in, the stuff we don't use until college and I really enjoyed having to build stuff, even though i never won any competitions, and none of our things ever stood up to the test. I hope you enjoyed teaching at TMS!!

This class is geat. I had a great time doing all this hard work. Mrs French is the coolest teacher ever! she is a real O.G. i learned how to make cool legos and make a google acount and make bridges and other sweet stuff that makes me really smart. All in all this class is the best ever. you listen to cool music qand your lessons are really creative, other class's should be more like this one. also you have a VERY STYLISH VEST.

i love this class because i like doing all of the projects involving building like the car lego, paper building, and the bridge of toothpicks. it makes me think of how to get the thing to stand up or do what it is made to do.
thanks Ms.French

I liked taking this class. It was original and somewhat unique. No other wheels class do we get to use Legos'. We were able to goof off, laugh, and act like ourselves and still learn at the same time. There were sometimes where people took advantages of that and didn't do anything...but it was still fun none the less. The music and the playdoh was also interesting.
I feel you did a great job teaching us that understanding technology can be fun.
Thanks Mrs. French :)

I liked the class because we got to have fun, and learn at the same time. I loved building with legos, toothpick bridges, building paper planes, and my favorite, egg capsule smashing. Last year technology was nothing but boring, but this year it was really fun, thanks Ms.French. (:
